Hello all, I have a Canon Pixma MG 2220 that I bought about 2 years ago, and i was printing a document when I realized that I did not have enough paper in the tray for the entire thing. So, I tried to add some paper while it was printing, and it jammed up. On top of jamming up, and ruining the print job it was on, it also sucked all of the remaining paper in the tray, including what I was adding, into the printer. I have unplugged it, and attempted to pull it out as instructed, but there is just eniterly TOO MUCH paper in there (like 50 sheets).
Is the printer ruined, or is there another way to get the paper out of it besides trying to pull it out??
Thanks in advance!!
