The wi fi printer set up failed to install for this model, it got to stage 3 then gave me the option to start again. Is this because it is not compatible with my Mac ios Big Sur version 11.2.3?
I did get the printer to work with the computer even though the installation failed, which is curious. But now I have the error code 300 "The printer does not respond. Make sure it is properly connected to your computer" Which could be due to the above or is it due to the fact that I have just moved internet providers and the printer cant recognise the new wifi?
I am very confused! please can anyone help?
