My Canon Pixma printer for some reason is outputting the wrong ink amounts when I output from InDesign or Photoshop. It does give me a warning about changing printer settings once in the print menu, but If I DONT then it won't print the correct paper size, for whatever reason.
I've tried using Canons default photo quality on glossy photo paper, and the amount of ink it spits out is WAY too much in most cases, leaving puddles here and there in all the dark spots. The colors are just wrong. I already tried adjusting my monitor colors, running print tests from the canon software, and everything is 100% perfect with that.
It just seems to hate adobe programs for whatever reason
Anyone know how to fix the color profiles by chance?
Also- if i use canons default matte paper settings, the colors come out looking washed.. just dull in general. So unfortunately I either get saturated to death or undersaturated by far.
Anyone else had this issue before? How to solve it?
