iI have a Canon multifunction printer/scanner MG5520 with a wireless connection to Windows 10 PCs.

I just started getting the support code 6000.Resetting the printer has not helped. Any suggestions for this code?

I was able to open the side and the print heads did not seem to be sitting in the tray correctly. Adjusted that and it seems to be fixed now.
