Canon Mx922 Printing wrong colors in one kind of paper

Alisson
Apprentice

Hi, long story short, my Canon MX922 when I send to print the same image, on different type of papers, I get different results.

If i send a image to print in Letter paper, it does print normal, and is everything ok with it.

If i send the same image to print as Paper Glossy II, it prints in a nice quality, but in wrong colors. To be more specific, instead of printing dark black is printing some shade of blue. I tried more than 20 different of set ups, but they all ended with the same shade of blue on it.

I'm trying to fix it for hours, and spend a lot of ink and paper already. Someone can give me a hand, please?

I tried to uinstall all the programs related with the printer as well, and it didn't work.

Did many deep cleanings as well.

And when I print on the Photo paper size (4x6), and didn't specify that was the Glossy Paper II, it did print with normal colors, but with a much inferior quality than how it was before.

I printed already about 20-25 photos, and all them were allright, since last week this problem arise.

Since now, thanks for whoever be able to help!
