Printing double images and blurry after a paper jammed. Please advise.

Hi terrecast9624,

 

To try and resolve the print quality issue being experienced, please perform a print head alignment on the printer by following the steps located here.  We also recommend cleaning the encoder film of the printer by following the steps located here.
