Canon MX340 (printer status)

Hello

I cannot print

When  I press the "printer status" I get:

Cannot communicate with the printer.
Turn Enable bi-directional support on in the printer's Properties dialog box.

I use Windows 10 64 bit

Are you using via wireless or USB? Sounds like the driver you're using is probably outdated. I'd uninstall and reinstall the latest driver from the Canon website.
