When I want to print an email,I get the message"Error While Printing" What is causing this problem?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof) and which application you're trying to print your email from. I use a MAC OS Big Sur- MACBOOK PRO. I copy emails from this computer.

The PIXMA MP495 is not supported with macOS v11.0. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.
