Hi.

My printer has decided to print only strips of a photo image top and bottom with a wide strip empty.

Printing Word documents appear to be OK.

Have tried re setting procedure to no avail.

Wondered if any of you geniuses have come across this problem before.

Many Many thanks for the info Ricky. I've been struggling for a couple of days, trying to sort the problem. Update downloaded. Problem still there. Then I realise I needed to re start for update to take effect. All now fine.
