Hi!
I have a Canon MG6120 Printer/Scanner. The scanner has a problem which is that it never scans the rightmost inch of any letter sized document that I scan.
To try to solve this problem I have configured the document size as letter, and I have correctly positioned the document on the scanner. I have also kept the lid up while scanning to confirm that no portion of the scanner light is burnt out.
Please advise on how I can attempt to resolve this.
