Canon MG5750 Cannot print

Having massive issues with my printer. Have reinstalled several times. It now says 'Printing to server, no pages found' when asked to print document. iMac on wireless connection.

Set Up instructions: (Note) first step is connection to your wirelss network

I would suggest you start by removing the printer for your system >  Remove all instances you have under System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.

Then reset your printing system (MAC).  If you are unsure how to do this, use Google

Now remove all Canon software (drivers and applications.  Restart your MAC and perform set up again.  

After connecting your printer to your wireless network, confirm connectioin on your router before proceeding with the driver installl.

Hi Rick, Many thanks, I have already done all the steps you outlined. Before I did any of this, the printer had been working, but stopped after a firmware update on the printer. I carried out all,the steps you have suggested. Now, when you send something to print, it finds the printer and the message is "printing to server, no,pages found"  I can print from my iMac, my iPad and the wife's iPad, but not her iMac. 
any further suggestions welcome!!! 👍👍
