Canon MG5520 does not print

My 3-yr-old Canon printer MG5520 does not print from the computer.  I tried 2 different usb cables and 2 different computers with no success. However, the test page prints perfectly. Any suggestions?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating systems are running on your computers (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof), along with the apps you're trying to print from. Followup: After 2 deep clean cycles, it is printing again.
