I have a MG4250 and it has recently started using the colour cartridge to create black, it has reached the point that my colour cartridge is empty and the black one is full. How can I make the printer use the black cartridge to create black. I have tried going to printer preferences, maintainence and then to the cartridge option and set it to black, grey scale still means it prints with colour. Please help me out
