Canon MG3620. Problem to connect to Internet PC. I use cable connect.

Problem with connect to my PC to print. I use the cable from Printer to PC.  Troubleshoot says SPOILER not fixed. I have to play around . Disconnect. Re connect. Go to internet connect and says spoiler not fixed. I hit view details then it comes on??????????? Is it the driver?  Where to update driver???

Are you using your PIXMA MG3620 with a USB cable?

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?

In regards to the error, is the error referring to the "spooler" ?  Please attempt to print.  When the error appears, please let us know the exact wording of that error message.
