I bought a new Window 11 Dell tower. I was wondering if my Canon MG3620 series printer is compatible with Window 11?

Look at Canon Support for your printer to see if there is a Windows 11 driver.
If not, try the Windows 10 driver. Windows 8/8.1/10 drivers work for Windows 11 in many cases.

But not all, I'm having the same problem and the install disc say it was Win 11 compatible. Not so. I've got way more time in the installation of this printer than the thing is worth. I had a MG2220 prior to this one running on Win 10 that gave me very little problems and that is the false security with which I bought the MG3620.

I have an MG5420 for which Canon's driver goes up to Windows 10. It and the accompanying software work completely and perfectly in Windows 11.
The MG3620 shows a driver pack for Windows 11 and previous.
What printer do you have and where does Canon say it is Windows 11-compatible?

The MG2220 was retired in 2018. No new software or drivers will be made for it.
For the MG3620, you can go to Canon.us/ijstart
