My computer is telling me the paper output tray is opened. It is not. I just had the ink replaced thikning that was the problem. It was not. I tried a hard reset, air dusting, cleaning and moving things around. It did not help and i cannot clear this error.

Greetings,
Error 1200 on the MG3620 means the printer "thinks" the paper output cover is open. I realize you said this isn't the case.
Please try the following:
Please open the cover and power off the printer. Now disconnect it from power. Wait a few minutes.
Now close the cover, reconnet to power and turn on the device.
