The PIXMA MG3150 is a model that's not supported by Canon USA, however, Canon Community forum members are welcome to chime in with suggestions!
They might find it useful to know which apps/programs you're using to print, which computer operating system you're using (Windows 7/8/10, macOS 10.x), and how you connect to your printer (WiFi or USB). It might also help to know if you're seeing any error messages, or to know if you're using the most current version of the Canon software.
