hi my machine was making a very loud noise and then the error signs came on there is no paper stuck either.

Following is quick fix to reduce noise in printer:

• Open the printer driver setup window
• Click Quiet Settings on the Maintenance tab
• Set the quiet mode.Always use quiet mode. Select this option when you wish to reduce the operating noise of the printer
• Apply the settings. Make sure that the printer is on and click OK.Click OK when the confirmation message appears.The settings are enabled hereafter.
