Canon MG 3530 printer freezes

I have Canon printer MG 3530. The problem of mine is:

1. When I plug in the power cord (no button has been pressed), the L size paper light is on

2. When I press the ON/OFF button, the power light is on too.

The printer freezes. I can't hear anything or even turn it off.

I tried to connect the printer to the PC but nothing appears in the device manager and I can't install the driver.

I tried to disconnect everything, wait, restart but it still doesn't work.

Please tell me what is the problem.
