My printer/scanner is brand new and connected via cable to my PC.
Operating system Windows 10
When trying to scan documents I get an error message 3, 202,19 and cannot proceed. If I restart my pc scanner usually works but I have to do this all the time. I also updated my drivers and tried using another USB terminal but problem remains.
Please tell me how to solve this problem
