I have installed a new Canon MG 2440 on my desktop (OS Windows 10) and receive a "user interventioned required" notice each time I want a print a document. Software was installed with disc as sent with shipment.
I did the same on my laptop (also Winsows 10 OS) and had no problem. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it without success. Diagnostics indicate that there is no problem with the printer at all. Please help!
