Canon ImageRunner Advance C5051 email issue.

Hi. Looking for a solution to an email issue. I have an Exchange 2010 server and just got 2 C5051 machines. We can scan to email to internal addesses but not to any email address other than our local domain.

Can anyone help me out here?
