Hello!
I have a Pixma MG5320, and I cannot get the printer to do greyscale
I have done the thing where you go to change the paper quality and see the box to check for greyscale, no box
I have tried the thing where you do overall printer settings and there is supposed to be a greyscale option, not there.
I have tried downloading new drivers.
New answers encouraged. I love this printer when it does black and white.

Hoping that replying will bump this up to the top. Still trying, whole chunks of pages won't print.

Hi Michael,
They're missing or black because they are color pictures/color type, and since I can't print greyscale they don't print.
I can't get a "B&W" setting to work with this printer for reasons listed in my first post.
Thanks for answering, you seem to be the answer wizard!
