Can you disable the wireless from MG3250 printer?

Hi, I have purchased the canon MG3250 printer and am using it with a USB cable and I would like to disable the wireless. Can anybody please inform me how I do that? Many thanks in advance.

I asked canon and they helpfully replied the following which works!

1. On your PIXMA MG3250, press the Maintenance button repeatedly 
    until the LED displays: "G".

2. Press the Black button to turn OFF Wi-Fi.

For future reference, to allow Wi-Fi communication follow the above mentioned steps but instead press the Colour button.
