Can't switch MX490 to Wireless because I don't have a router

I want to switch from USB connection to Wireless, but the instructions say to push WPS on my router. However, I don't have a router anymore. My internet connection is through Xfinity.  The connection box (xfinity) doesn't have that button.

Can anyone help?

Note:  There are steps for manual set up if you don't have a router with a WPS buton. 

Get the printer connected to your wireless before running the installers.

you might have to change your password to a more rememberable one and do it off of your phone for a better experience, also have what you want to print downloaded because you are going to have to disconnect from your internet to print.
