OK, this is one of 3 problems but I'll list only one.
I can't register my new TS5020 printer.

I double checked inside the printer and on the box and the serial # is the same.
From reading the error message, it can't be the first one because my serial # doesn't even start with "AZD".
The second message says the product was not intended for sale in the U.S.!!!
What is going on here?!?
