Button scan on the printer Pixma Mp 287 don't have function but using the computer the scanner work!

Hello there!!

im having difficulties when my Pixma MP287 button scan wont function.. I try on several computer already.. Still the same.. I already install the driver more than twice. Same things happen.. The scanner working perfectly when I scan using computer.. Just the button don't have any function.. The printer LED just show loading then it is disappeared.. Help needed..
