Hello!
I'm new to the community and not a techie. I bought a new printer (TR8620a) last Friday. Did a successful set up/install yesterday, along with print test. All good!
But, today (Sunday) when first attempting to use the printer, it's not printing. Nothing happens.
I checked on the printer dash and wifi is connected at 100% . I'm trying to print from a Dell laptop with Windows 11.
The scanner does work.
As it's a Sunday, couldn't get Canon support on the phone. I'm a bit nervous as I have some work deadlines and NEED the printer to work.
I bought this printer, taking another chance on Canon, as previous printer (which isn't that old and wasn't used a lot) keeps getting the B200 Error. Any suggestions on how to fix that? Seems like a lot of people are complaining about it.
Thank you much!
Best,
Karen
