Canon PIXMA 210.
Using black ink only (selected under the MAINTENANCE tab), a prompt sometimes appears warning of same just prior to printing. At other times it does not, and printing is spontaneous. How can that prompt be banished permanently, please?
SHOW PRINTER STATUS is disabled.

Hello.
If the cartridge setting is set to either black only or color only, a warning will appear before a print job is performed. This warning cannot be disabled.

Thanks Michael,
Appears to be so, yet there have been blocks of time - weeks or even months - when black only was specified and the prompt did not appear. Peculiar, if only slightly annoying.
