13x19 photo paper does not feed on new ix6520

first time I tried printing on 13x19 photopaper and it gets stuck on the way in. one side pulls the paper faster than the other.    I tried cleaning the roller, checking for foreign objects, nothing.   I am trying to feed one sheet at a time. 

any ideas?  should I return?

It might have a hardware issue but to be sure, i'd like to know a bit more.   Is the issue specific to the 13x19 paper or is it happening with other sizes as well?  Who makes the 13x19 paper and what type of paper is it (ie, Glossy, Matte, etc..)?  If it's a third party paper does it list the weight of the paper on the packaging?
