EOS Webcam Utility doesn't work on my EOS 1500D

What set of instructions are you following?  They should have been available on the same page where you downloaded the app.

I did everything on the instructions, it used to work last 5 months ago but now it wont work

What is the OS of the computer that you have connected to?  Has the OS been updated recently?

USB or wireless?  Double check the integrity of your USBB cable. 

If you have any other Canon apps running, they must closed down.
