Hi all,
Been using 5DsR for a few years with the EOS utility with no issues. Lately however I have run into an issue, as have a few of my coworkers using same model camera on different laptops. The issue is, I don't always get the RAW file when shooting tethered in the RAW+JPEG Mode. I can't find a reason as to why this is happening, but on occasion, when I take an image, only the JPEG is created. Has anyone else run into this or have a solution?
