I've followed the (less that clear) instructions to connect my R5 II to a Windows PC using the Canon EOS utility. The utility starts on the PC when the camera is in range. But the three options to download images, control and setup the camera are greyed out. The preference button does nothing. The refresh button returns the message <Could not connect to server>. What am I doing wrong?

What does the camera display when it comes in range and the EOS Utility launches?

When I turn the camera on the wifi icon flashes on the camera screen and the uitl starts on the PC. Nothing else after that.

It may also be helpful to review the connection requirements.

I've done all that. The app opens on the PC with a window to select the camera by name. So they are taking to each other. Just nothing happening.
