I installed the mac software from the canon website (Camerawindow, imagebrowser ex) but none of the programs finds the Legria HF R26 camera. I had no problem doing this in the windows software before. I can let my mac recognize the SD-card from within the camera so that works.
My workflow so far is connect camera with usb, switch it on, push the viewer-button, camera says USB-connection, then open the software, camera not found)
Please help.
