Is it possible to download the Canon CameraWindows app on a windows phone?

I can't seem to be able to download the Canon CameraWindows app on my Lumia 640, so I wonder if the app is even compatible with my phone.

If it can't be downloaded on a windows phone, is it possible to connect my phone to my camera another way?

Is that a Windows Phone?  I am not aware of Canon apps for Windows Phones.  Don't know why, either.  It's the easiest and least expensive platform you can use to develop software applications for smart phones.

Yeah, it is a Windows Phone, and I'm beginning to think you can't download the app on it. 😞
That really annoys me. I hope Canon makes it possible to download the app on Windows phones, there's really no point in getting a wifi camera if you can't even connect to other devices.
