I cant fully download Image Browser EX..

I am having trouble fully downloading Image Browser EX, i only get to 80%.. Got a message about Microsoft silverlight but when I tried to download Silverlight got a mesage that the latest version was already downloaded. I then uninstalled it (Image Browser EX) and put the disc back in and installed it again, but i get the same problem.. Any suggestions?  Thanks

Try uninstalling both our software as well as Silverlight, then run the installation of our software again from the CD.  There should be a point in the process that it detects that Silverlight is not installed and it displays a screen for installing it.  Once it is installed again, complete the rest of the installation process and try loading ImageBrowser EX again after restarting your computer.
