Hello,
I am in France shooting RAW and JPEG images of Romanesque churches, my 5DSR produces very sharp photos. However, they RAW are some 60MB which, when worked into PSDs can be up to 130 MB.
My question: How can I reduce such large files to much smaller JPEGs to send via email or to insert into Powerpoint presentations?

The 5Ds and DSr are both supported via Canon Connect. Unfortunately they can't do this without a wireless adapter, making this a rather costly endeavor.
I'd use a card reader on a body of this vintage.
