How to edit .MOV files on Adobe Premiere Pro CS4

How can i edit a .mov file? my Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 says it doesn't support the file.

Sounds like someone better get the upper hand. 😉 My quick look-up says it should be supported but requires QuickTime player for Windows.
