How can I hook up the EOS registration tool from a powershot SX50HS? to a windows 11 pc.

I wanted to record videos with it since my dad randomly gave it to me but when I try turning it on while plugged in it just says busy and shuts off, I try hooking up the EOS but it says its not detected because if I want to record with OBS I need to fix that first don't I? If you got anything that can help thank you.

I'm sorry but the PowerShot SX50 HS camera does not have the ability to function as a webcam or to provide streaming capabilities to a computer. Videos can be recorded by the camera when the camera is not connected to a computer with a USB cable.
