Personally I would love to use image capture more then EOS Utility. As utility has connection issues sometimes, you need to close any image processing apps etc. But some videos are 0kb.
So I'm kind of forced to use Utility, which has imho no real benefits besides restoring videos which haven't been saved correctly. But the most annoying part for me is that I need to do multiple clicks to set the download folder. A simple select all images and drag and drop them with the mouse to my desired folder would make the workflow much faster.
