I'm on macOS Mojave 10.14.4.
My mac is a late 2015 iMac with 16GB RAM.
My camera is an EOS 700D.
I installed the latest version of EOS Utility, downloaded directly from Canon's website.
If I plug the camera into my Mac via USB, and then try to start EOS Utility, the app immediately crashes with the message:
"EOS Utility 2 quit unexpectedly".
If I start the app with the camera not plugged in, or plugged in but not powered on, the utility runs fine.
It crashes when the camera is plugged in and powered on.
I'm open to either ways to get the app running.
But failling that I'm open to alternative software.
If there's something better (and non-crashy) then I'd be keen to try it.
Thanks.
