“ I have established a Wi-Fi connection between the camera and workstation.
EOS Utility will not connect to the camera. “
Simply declaring that it doesn’t work, doesn’t help anyone to understand your issue. Tell us how to reproduce the issue.
What camera are you using?
It’s not clear if you are trying to connect wirelessly or via USB.
It’s not clear what error message(s) you are seeing, if any.
What communication mode is the camera set up to use.
It’s not clear what device you’re using as a hotspot.

It is a EOS 5D Mark IV, I have a Yi Fi connection, from the Camera, to my new Windows 11 computer. EOS Utility can't find the connection. EOS Utility works with cable. "Communication mode" I have tried them all. If you have recommendation please provide.
