Just purchased a new MacBook and installed the EOS Utility 3 Version 3.16.12 (3.16.12.4).
When I use a cable, it doesn't connect. Works find on my iMac Studio M1, but not my MacBook...
M2 Chip, Sonoma v14.0
Do I need to upgrade the software on my Camera?
Is there an updated software for my laptop?
Thoughts anyone?

Sometimes you need to start ImageCapture directly to kickstart things.

Thanks for the suggestion. It "sees" the camera and I asked it to launch Utilities 3. It launched the app, so I know the camera is connected, however the "Remote Shooting" option does not work.
