EOS R6 Mark III Firmware 1.1.0 makes pics too dark in macOS Preview app and Instagram Stories

Hello. I want to report a firmware update problem about Canon R6 mark3 (1.1.0). After the firmware CR3 file acts a little weird. I am processing photos on my Macbook 16' M4 pro (Tahoe 26.5.2). After the firmware update I have two different problems. New updated firmware CR3 files shows so much darker ''Preview App'' images versus Quick look option on Mac and Previous pre-updated firmware CR3 files. For example I am opening older photos on same mac and operating system, everything is consistent. Newer files doesn't match on Preview App images. The second problem is The Instagram Stories. I can post normal posts as jpeg files. Colors, brightness etc are normal. But the Story photos looksso much darker and desaturated. It's not the problem with older pre-updated firmware photos. I tried multiple older and newer photos on the same laptop, same operating system, they are not the same anymore. New firmware update affacted badly on the Instagram Story images and preview App! But Photoshop (27.8) work normal!

Problem solved! It was actually Highlight Tone Priority was ON. I tried some photos with Highlight tone was off and everything looks normal again. I don't know why but Mac OS Preview App and DXO Pure Raw 5 shows photos so dark when Highlight Tone priority ON. Anyway thank you everybody.

Try using Canon DPP4 and see if that app has a problem.

Use a file host and share two raw samples. One before and one after.

I just shared the dropbox folder for the photos before and after the latest firmware update. Before the firmware update CR3 files looks identical on Preview App and works normal in DXO Pure Raw 5. However after the newest 1.1.0 update CR3 files looks so dark on Preview and DXO Pure Raw 5. If I process the photos on DXO it opens in Photoshop just dark like the preview. So I cannot use noise reduction with DXO with original files as normal brightness and saturation anymore. But photoshop open and edits any new updated firmware photos normally. I am not %100 sure if the firmware update is the problem, but I didn't change anything else but firmware.

With HTP you underexpose the raw file 1 stop, so it is normal.
