DPP4 issue

After processing tens of thousands of images therough the years, just had this "noise" start to show up when processing RAW images. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, advice or remedy would be appreciated.

That is typically what shows from a corrupt file.

Can you try re-downloading from the card?
