DPP with a different cameras

I have DPP on my computer at work I use with my rebel T3i. I just bought a Mark 3 EOS 5d and when I tried to download raw photos with DPP I can see the photo in utiltys but when I download it all I get is a big X.

You need to update your version of DPP. Every new camera has a newer version of CR2 than older cameras so the program won't recognize them.

It should have come with the 5D Mk III.  If not you can d/l it from Canon.
