What Canon software do you use to download photos from your Canon camera to a computer
where Windows 11 is installed ?

I download EOS Utility from Canon USA website

I might be wrong, but I think you have to download the version of EOS Utility that is specific to your model of camera.

Are you sure you are downloading the right one?

The computer doesn't know or care what camera you will be using. If you install the wrong EU for your camera, It will tell you when you RUN it.

True, the OP has not said what camera he/she has.

 My camera is a Canon 6D and I use Windows 11 on a desktop computer.

That forum member was able to successfully install the Canon apps from the original Digital Solutions Disk.
