I have had my IXUS for many years, the Cameraview software has stopped working. It should open when I plug into the camera and switch on but does not. When I try to start Cameraview, all see in the menu is a readme and something form setting up WIFi.
I tried reinstalling Cameraview but it did not make any difference.
I uninstalled Cameraview from the computer then reinstalled it, it worked but then disappeared from the menu again.
I used to be able download from the memory card using Zoombrowser but Canon removed Zoombrowser, we are supposed to use Imagebrowser but it is not available on the Canon website.
Why do Canon have so much problem in providing downloading programs, the EOS software has frequently stopped working but OK at the moment?
