I would like to upload a RAW file to a forum. My RAW (.CR2) images are too large. How can I resize my RAW image using Canon DPP4?

You can't really resize a raw file. The nearest thing you could do is to use the "convert and save" option and save to a TIFF file then you have the option to resize in the "convert and save box". Whenever you resize you lose some of the information so it will not be a perfect representation of what you have in the original raw file.
