CameraWindow--Gone?

I've had a Powershot S80 for a number years now, and it has worked quite finely.  I recently had to switch to Windows 8.1 (64).

I've downloaded the current version of Zoombrowser EX, but it doesn't seem to initiate any transfer utility that is similar to CameraWindow.  The only CameraWindow I can find on the Canon site is an Android/IOS app.

Can I pull the CameraWindow from my old set-up? I've search knowledge base, and all around the site, but can't seem to find a way to restore this utility..

Newer versions of the software are required to be able to work in Windows 8.  CameraWindow is a separate application from ZoomBrowser EX.  To download the update to CameraWindow DC, please visit our website by clicking here.
